Job Description

Join ALDI as a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to contribute to an exceptional customer shopping experience. As a Store Associate, you will merchandise and stock products, handle cashier duties, and maintain store cleanliness. Collaborate with the ALDI team and provide top-notch customer service.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI Acts Competencies and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers
• Work with the team and communicate effectively with management
• Offer feedback on products, manage inventory, and follow cash procedures
• Adhere to company policies, ensure document security, and perform assigned tasks

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older
• Operate a cash register efficiently and follow procedures
• Safely operate equipment and maintain cleanliness standards
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team
• Stay organized, detail-oriented, and multitask efficiently
• Meet state and local requirements for handling alcoholic beverages

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma preferred
• Prior retail experience is advantageous
• Equivalent knowledge through education or experience
