Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment to ensure an exceptional customer shopping experience.

Position Details

• Type: Full-Time
• Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.50 per hour

Key Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets and Competencies for the role.
• Process customer purchases, maintain store cleanliness, and stock shelves.
• Provide excellent customer service and assist shoppers.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and participate in store inventory counts.
• Follow company policies and procedures for cash handling and security.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to provide courteous customer service and operate a cash register.
• Proficiency in using store equipment and maintaining cleanliness standards.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team.
• Organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask efficiently.

Education & Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
