Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring the store's success by merchandising and stocking products, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Provide top-notch customer service and assist shoppers during their visit.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Conduct inventory counts and report any discrepancies.
• Adhere to cash handling policies and company procedures.
• Ensure compliance with all company policies and maintain confidentiality.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to provide courteous and efficient customer service.
• Proficiency in operating a cash register and store equipment.
• Capable of following company policies and procedures.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
• Demonstrate attention to detail, organization, and multitasking skills.
• Meet state and local requirements for handling alcohol, if applicable.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is advantageous.
