Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring our store is well-organized, customers receive exceptional service, and operations run smoothly.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise and stock products on shelves.
• Operate the cash register efficiently and accurately.
• Provide outstanding customer service by assisting shoppers.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate with management.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization within the store.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Operate equipment such as electric/manual hand jacks.
• Follow company policies and procedures diligently.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
