Job Description: Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) at Aldi

As a Store Associate at Aldi, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store is well-organized, stocked, and provides exceptional customer service. This is a full-time position with an average of 32-40 hours per week and a starting wage of $18.00 per hour.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise.
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Help with inventory management and cashier responsibilities.
• Follow cash handling and company policies diligently.

Physical Demands:

• Ability to lift and move merchandise up to 45 pounds.
• Perform various physical tasks like stocking shelves, bending, and reaching.

Qualifications:

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Proficient in customer service and operating a cash register.
• Able to follow company procedures and operate equipment safely.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• High school diploma preferred.

Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
