Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in creating an exceptional shopping experience for our customers by merchandising and stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases and maintain cleanliness in the store
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist customers with their shopping needs
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
• Participate in inventory management and adhere to cash handling policies

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to operate a cash register and store equipment
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience is a plus
