Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers, and collaborating with the ALDI team.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills
• Assist customers and provide exceptional customer service
• Stock shelves, merchandise displays, and maintain cleanliness
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
• Inventory management and adherence to cash policies

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older
• Ability to operate a cash register and equipment
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Prior retail experience preferred
