Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join ALDI, where you will play a key role in ensuring the store operates smoothly and provides exceptional customer service. As part of the ALDI team, you will engage in various responsibilities such as merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining the store's appearance.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with team members to enhance the shopping experience for customers.
• Stock shelves, process customer purchases, and maintain cleanliness in the store.
• Provide prompt and courteous customer service, assisting with inquiries and needs.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with the management team.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and maintain store equipment.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Prior retail experience is preferred.
