Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in maintaining the store's appearance, providing exceptional customer service, and collaborating with the Aldi team.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills.
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash policies.
• Comply with company policies and procedures to ensure store integrity.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and store equipment efficiently.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
