Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level)

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store maintains a welcoming environment for customers. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, cashiering, cleaning, and providing excellent customer service.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $16.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise
• Assist customers with their shopping needs
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
• Provide feedback on products and inventory
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash handling policies
• Follow company policies and procedures while upholding security measures

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to operate equipment and perform cleaning tasks
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience is a plus
