Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring the store's functionality by merchandising and stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining cleanliness. By providing exceptional customer service and collaborating with the ALDI team, you will contribute to an excellent shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
• Process customer purchases, maintain tidiness of shelves, and provide outstanding customer service.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash policies to ensure operational efficiency.
• Comply with company policies, uphold document security, and perform assigned duties.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
• Proficiency in operating a cash register and store equipment.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team.
• High school diploma preferred, retail experience a plus.
• Meet state and local requirements for handling alcoholic beverages.
