Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness. By working collaboratively with the ALDI team, you will create an outstanding customer experience through exceptional service.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
• Provide exceptional customer service
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management
• Assist in inventory management and adhere to cash handling policies

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service
• Operate a cash register efficiently and accurately
• Perform general cleaning duties to company standards
• Excellent communication skills
• Work independently and within a team environment

Educational Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail work experience preferred
