Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for various tasks including merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment to ensure an excellent shopping experience for our customers. By collaborating with the ALDI team, you will provide exceptional customer service and contribute to the overall success of the store.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers
• Work with team members and communicate effectively with store management
• Offer feedback on products and inventory, participate in inventory counts
• Follow cash handling procedures, adhere to company policies
• Perform general cleaning duties and operate equipment as needed

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service
• Efficient operation of a cash register
• Safe use of store equipment
• Interpret and apply company policies and procedures
• Excellent communication skills
• Organizational skills and ability to multitask
• High school diploma preferred, retail experience is a plus
