Job Description

As a Full-Time Store Associate at Aldi, you will play a key role in ensuring the store is well-organized, stocked, and offering exceptional customer service. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and inviting store environment.

Job Type

• Full-Time
• 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers in their shopping experience
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management

Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years old
• Ability to operate a cash register accurately
• Experience in retail environment preferred
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
