Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to create a welcoming shopping environment for our customers. This position offers a starting wage of $17.50 per hour for an average of 32-40 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, maintain clean store appearance, and neatly stock shelves
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers throughout their shopping experience
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management
• Participate in inventory counts, adhere to cash policies, and follow company procedures

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Prompt and courteous customer service skills
• Efficient cash register operation
• Ability to operate equipment and perform cleaning duties
• Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking abilities
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
