Job Description
We are seeking a Full-Time Store Associate to join our ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's appearance. By providing exceptional customer service and collaborating with team members, you will contribute to an outstanding shopping experience for our customers.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
- Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays
- Assist customers and communicate effectively with the team and management
- Provide feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues
- Conduct store inventory counts and adhere to cash policies
Requirements
- 18 years of age or older
- Customer service and cash register experience preferred
- Ability to operate equipment and perform general cleaning tasks
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
- High school diploma or equivalent
