Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level)

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and ensuring the store is clean and welcoming for our customers. By collaborating with the ALDI team, you will provide exceptional customer service and contribute to a positive shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays
• Assist customers with shopping, communicate effectively with team members and management
• Share feedback on products, inventory, and other operational aspects
• Participate in inventory counts and uphold cash handling policies
• Adhere to company policies, maintain security and confidentiality standards

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to provide excellent customer service
• Efficient cash register operation and equipment handling
• Follow company policies and procedures accurately
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team
• Stay organized, detail-oriented, and follow instructions efficiently

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Previous retail experience is preferred
