Job Description

We are hiring a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining cleanliness in the store. Your role will involve enhancing the customer shopping experience through exceptional customer service and collaboration with the ALDI team.

Role Details:

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.50 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

• Demonstrate the ALDI M.A.P. Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management
• Participate in inventory counts and monitor inventory accuracy
• Comply with company policies, procedures, and security measures

Requirements:

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience is a plus
