Job Description

Join ALDI as a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level)! In this role, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to provide exceptional customer service and ensure a seamless shopping experience.

Position Details

• Type: Full-Time
• Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.50 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
• Assist customers, maintain store cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
• Collaborate with team members and provide feedback to management.
• Participate in inventory management and adhere to cash policies.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years old or above.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to operate equipment and follow company policies.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
