Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join the ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service, stocking merchandise, operating the cash register, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Merchandise stocking and product display
• Provide outstanding customer service
• Work collaboratively with team members
• Report inventory discrepancies and issues to management
• Adhere to company cash handling and security procedures

Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to operate a cash register and basic equipment
• Prior retail experience is a plus
