Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers, and working closely with the ALDI team to provide exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Stock merchandise, process customer purchases, and maintain a clean store environment.
• Provide excellent customer service by assisting shoppers and collaborating with team members.
• Conduct inventory counts, adhere to cash policies, and report any issues to management.
• Operate equipment efficiently and follow company procedures to uphold store standards.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
• Ability to operate a cash register and perform general cleaning duties.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
