Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in creating an outstanding shopping experience for our customers through merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining store cleanliness.
Responsibilities
- Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain neat merchandise displays.
- Provide exceptional customer service to enhance the shopping experience.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
- Monitor inventory accuracy and participate in store inventory counts.
- Adhere to cash handling policies and company procedures.
- Perform general cleaning duties as needed.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
- Efficiently operate a cash register and other store equipment.
- Follow company policies and procedures accurately.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Prior retail experience is a plus.
