Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level)

Job Description

Join our team as a Full-Time Store Associate at ALDI. You will play a vital role in maintaining the store's impeccable appearance while providing exceptional customer service. Working collaboratively with our team, you will ensure a seamless shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves and merchandise displays
• Process customer purchases and provide high-quality customer service
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
• Monitor inventory and assist in store inventory counts
• Adhere to cash policies and procedures

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to operate a cash register and perform general cleaning duties
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience is a plus
