Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for various tasks including merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment to ensure an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. You will collaborate with the ALDI team, provide top-notch customer service, and contribute to the overall success of the store.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the ALDI Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays
• Assist customers in their shopping experience and communicate effectively with the team
• Offer feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues
• Participate in inventory management and adhere to cash policies
• Follow company policies and procedures, ensuring security and confidentiality

Requirements

• Minimum age requirement of 18 years
• Proficient in providing courteous customer service and operating a cash register
• Able to operate equipment and perform cleaning duties
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work both independently and in a team
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience is a plus
