Job Description

As a Full-Time Store Associate at Aldi, you will play a key role in ensuring the store's success by merchandising products, cashiering, and providing exceptional customer service. Collaborate with the Aldi team to enhance the shopping experience and maintain a clean and organized store environment.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills outlined for the role.
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves neatly, and provide excellent customer service.
• Work collaboratively with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Monitor inventory accuracy, adhere to cash policies, and uphold company procedures.
• Perform general cleaning duties and assist in store inventory counts.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to operate a cash register and store equipment efficiently.
• High school diploma preferred; retail experience a plus.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently or in a team environment.
• Meet state and local requirements for handling and selling alcoholic beverages.
