Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level)

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and ensuring the store remains clean and organized to provide an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, maintain store cleanliness, and ensure neat merchandise displays
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers
• Communicate effectively with team members and management
• Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues
• Participate in inventory counts and uphold cash policies
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and security measures
• Carry out additional assigned duties as required

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Proficient in customer service and operating a cash register
• Able to handle equipment and perform cleaning tasks
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
• Capable of working independently or in a team
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience is a plus
