Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level)

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the cleanliness of the store to provide an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. You will collaborate with the ALDI team to ensure smooth store operations and deliver outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain displays
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers
• Communicate effectively with team members and management
• Offer feedback on products and inventory
• Participate in inventory management and adhere to cash policies
• Follow company procedures and maintain store security

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service
• Efficient operation of a cash register and store equipment
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience is a plus
