Job Description
We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's appearance. Your focus will be on providing exceptional customer service and collaborating effectively with the ALDI team.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills expected for the role.
- Process customer purchases, stock shelves neatly, and maintain merchandise displays.
- Assist customers, communicate with team members and store management.
- Provide feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues.
- Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash policies.
- Comply with company policies, maintain data security and confidentiality.
- Perform physical tasks such as stocking, lifting up to 45 pounds, and general cleaning.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
- Efficient handling of cash transactions and operating equipment.
- Experience in retail and knowledge of company policies preferred.
- Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
