Job Description

As a Full-Time Store Associate at Aldi, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a great shopping experience for our customers. Responsibilities include merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment. You will work collaboratively with the ALDI team to provide exceptional customer service.

Key Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $19.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
• Provide exceptional customer service
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively
• Monitor inventory accuracy and report issues to management
• Adhere to cash policies and company procedures
• Perform general cleaning duties
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service
• Operate a cash register efficiently and accurately
• Safely operate equipment
• Interpret and apply company policies and procedures
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Work independently and within a team
