Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the cleanliness of the store. By providing exceptional customer service and collaborating effectively with the ALDI team, you will contribute to enhancing the overall shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize displays.
• Assist customers, communicate clearly with the team and management.
• Provide feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues.
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash policies.
• Comply with company policies, maintain security and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Excellent customer service and cash handling skills.
• Ability to operate equipment and perform cleaning duties.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Capability to work independently and in a team environment.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma preferred.
• Prior retail work experience is a plus.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience.
