Job Description

As a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) at Aldi, you will play a key role in ensuring that our store maintains a clean and organized environment, provides exceptional customer service, and operates efficiently. Your responsibilities will include cashiering, stocking shelves, and collaborating with the team to enhance the overall shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and arrange merchandise displays.
• Provide outstanding customer service, assist shoppers, and communicate effectively with the team.
• Offer feedback to management on products, inventory, and any issues.
• Participate in inventory counts and uphold cash policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years old or above.
• Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment.
• Capable of following company policies, providing excellent service, and working in a team.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
