Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join ALDI, a renowned retail company. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in enhancing the customer shopping experience through exceptional service. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, cashiering, maintaining cleanliness, and collaborating with the ALDI team.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI Acts Competencies and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
• Provide excellent customer service and assist shoppers
• Communicate effectively with team members and management
• Participate in inventory management and adhere to company policies
• Follow cash handling procedures and ensure store security
• Perform general cleaning duties and operate equipment

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service
• Proficiency in operating a cash register and store equipment
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• High School Diploma or equivalent; prior retail experience preferred
