Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join ALDI, responsible for merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and maintaining the store's appearance. You will collaborate with the ALDI team to enhance customer experience through exceptional service and teamwork.

Position Details

• Type: Full-Time
• Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Wage: $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills
• Complete customer transactions, stock shelves, and provide excellent service
• Communicate effectively with team and management
• Monitor inventory accuracy and adhere to cash policies

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older
• Customer service and cash register operation skills
• Ability to follow policies, operate equipment, and maintain cleanliness
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Retail experience is a plus
