Job Description

We are seeking a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join ALDI, a dynamic and growing retail company. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's appearance. You will collaborate with the ALDI team to create a positive shopping experience for customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate M.A.P. (Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills) values consistently.
• Process customer purchases and maintain cleanliness in the store.
• Assist customers with shopping while providing outstanding service.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and participate in store inventory counts.
• Adhere to cash handling policies and company procedures.
• Perform other assigned duties as needed.

Requirements

• Minimum age of 18 years to work at ALDI.
• Proficient in providing prompt and courteous customer service.
• Capable of operating a cash register and store equipment.
• Ability to follow company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently or in a team.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask efficiently.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is advantageous.
• Combination of education and experience equivalent.
