Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to ensure a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and maintain a clean store environment.
• Provide excellent customer service and assist customers with their shopping needs.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Participate in inventory management and cash handling procedures.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure store security.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and handle equipment efficiently.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Prior retail experience preferred. High School Diploma or equivalent required.
