Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in creating a positive shopping experience for our customers by merchandising products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the Aldi Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers effectively
• Collaborate with team members and communicate clearly with store management
• Monitor inventory accuracy and partake in store inventory counts
• Follow cash policies and procedures to minimize losses

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service
• Operate a cash register efficiently and operate store equipment
• Perform general cleaning duties according to company standards
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work both independently and in a team
• High school diploma preferred with retail experience
