As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service, stocking shelves, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Provide friendly and efficient customer service to enhance the shopping experience.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Participate in inventory counts and maintain inventory accuracy.
• Adhere to cash handling policies and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older to work at Aldi.
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Efficient operation of a cash register and basic equipment.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
