Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service, maintaining store cleanliness, and ensuring efficient merchandising operations.

Responsibilities

• Perform cashiering duties and assist customers with their shopping experience.
• Maintain store cleanliness and organization by stocking shelves and merchandise displays.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Contribute to inventory management by monitoring accuracy and participating in store inventory counts.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Prior retail experience is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work efficiently in a team environment.
• Basic understanding of cash register operation and equipment handling.
