Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join the ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in the store's operations by merchandising and stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and organized environment to ensure an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with their shopping needs.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Stock shelves, merchandise displays neatly, and maintain cleanliness in the store.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure a secure and efficient work environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and other retail equipment efficiently.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.
• Prior retail experience is preferred.
