Job Description
We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join the ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's appearance to ensure a top-notch shopping experience for our customers.
Position Details
- Position Type: Full-Time
- Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
- Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour
Responsibilities
- Process customer purchases and maintain a clean store environment.
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting shoppers and collaborating with team members.
- Conduct inventory counts and adhere to company policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Ability to operate a cash register and store equipment.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Prior retail experience is preferred.
