Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in merchandising, stocking products, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining the store's overall appearance. Collaboration with the ALDI team is fundamental in enhancing the customer shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and maintain general cleanliness of the store.
• Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly.
• Assist customers with their shopping needs and provide exceptional service.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues.
• Participate in inventory counts and ensure inventory accuracy.
• Adhere to cash policies and company procedures.
• Follow all established company policies while upholding security and confidentiality standards.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to operate cash registers and store equipment efficiently.
• Experience in general cleaning duties and compliance with company standards.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently or within a team.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
