Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers, and ensuring a positive shopping experience. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and general cleaning tasks.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and assist customers with their needs

• Monitor and report on inventory levels

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to deliver prompt and courteous service
• Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience is a plus
