Job Description

As a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) at Aldi, you will play a vital role in the daily operations of the store. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment to ensure an exceptional customer shopping experience.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the ALDI Acts Competencies and Professional Skills
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain product displays
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers
• Communicate effectively with team members and management
• Participate in inventory management and adhere to cash handling policies
• Follow company policies and procedures to ensure store security and confidentiality
• Perform additional duties as required

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to provide excellent customer service and operate a cash register
• Proficiency in handling equipment and performing cleaning tasks
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience is a plus
• Compliance with state and local regulations for alcohol sales
