Job Description

Join ALDI as a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) and play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service. As a Store Associate, you will work collaboratively with the ALDI team to merchandise, stock products, cashier, and maintain the cleanliness of the store to ensure a top-notch shopping experience for customers.

Responsibilities

• Perform cashier duties, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Deliver outstanding customer service by assisting shoppers and working effectively with the team.
• Communicate product feedback to management, participate in inventory counts, and uphold company policies.
• Operate equipment such as a cash register, jack, floor scrubber, and baler following safety procedures.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to provide excellent customer service and operate a cash register efficiently.
• Capable of handling merchandise, lifting up to 45 pounds, and performing general cleaning tasks.
• Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently or in a team.
