Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers, and ensuring a positive shopping experience. You will work collaboratively with our team to uphold the highest standards of customer service and operational efficiency.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively
• Help in inventory management and monitoring
• Adhere to cash handling policies and company procedures

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to provide excellent customer service
• Proficient in operating cash registers and store equipment
• Capable of meeting physical demands of the role
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience is a plus
