Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level)

Job Description

Join ALDI as a Full-Time Store Associate in an entry-level position. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining store cleanliness while providing exceptional customer service and collaborating with the ALDI team.

Position Details

• Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets and Competencies in daily tasks
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize displays
• Assist customers, communicate effectively with the team, and provide feedback to management
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash policies
• Follow company procedures, ensure security and confidentiality, and perform other assigned duties

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to provide excellent customer service and operate a cash register
• Proficiency in equipment operations, cleaning tasks, and following policies
• Strong communication skills, organizational abilities, and attention to detail
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Retail experience is a plus
