Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store is well-organized, customer-friendly, and stocked with quality products. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining cleanliness standards to deliver an exceptional shopping experience to our customers.
Position Details
- Full-Time Position
- Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
- Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers with their shopping needs.
- Stock shelves, organize merchandise displays, and maintain store cleanliness.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
- Follow company policies and procedures, including cash handling and inventory management.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Ability to operate a cash register accurately.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team.
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Prior retail experience is a plus.
