Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you'll play a vital role in maintaining product displays, cashiering, and ensuring the store is clean and organized to provide customers with an exceptional shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain merchandise displays, process customer purchases, and assist customers with their shopping needs.
• Collaborate with team members, communicate effectively with store management, and provide constructive feedback on product quality and inventory.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and security measures to ensure a safe and efficient work environment.
• Perform general cleaning duties to uphold store standards and contribute to a positive customer experience.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
• Operate a cash register accurately and efficiently.
• Capable of lifting and stocking merchandise up to 45 pounds.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work both independently and in a team setting.
