Job Description
Join ALDI as a Full-Time Store Associate, responsible for enhancing the customer shopping experience through merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and maintaining store cleanliness. Work collaboratively with the ALDI team to provide exceptional customer service while upholding company policies and procedures.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI Acts Competencies and M.A.P. principles.
- Process customer purchases, maintain store cleanliness, and stock shelves neatly.
- Assist customers, collaborate with team members, and communicate effectively with management.
- Provide feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues.
- Participate in store inventory counts and adhere to cash policies.
Requirements
- Minimum age of 18 and ability to provide prompt customer service.
- Efficient cash register operation and equipment handling skills.
- Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking abilities.
- High school diploma preferred; retail experience a plus.
