Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level)

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join Aldi, where you will play a key role in maintaining the store's appearance and providing top-notch customer service. As a Store Associate, you will stock shelves, assist customers at the cashier, and collaborate with the team to ensure a seamless shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
• Stock merchandise, maintain clean store standards, and assist customers with shopping.
• Communicate effectively with team members and provide feedback to management.
• Adhere to company policies, handle cash transactions, and ensure accuracy in inventory.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Excellent customer service skills and cash register proficiency.
• Ability to operate equipment and perform cleaning tasks.
• Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
• ALDI provides on-the-job training for candidates with the right attitude and work ethic.
